We want you to love your Reveal Puffer. If you don't, you can send it back.

30 days to change your mind

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to ask for a return. This is longer than the 14 days you get by law in the UK.

Free returns

Returns are free. Message us and we send you a return label. You don't pay anything to send it back.

Wrong size? Free swap

If the size is not right, we swap it for another size for free (while we have stock). If we don't have your size, we refund you.

The leopard doesn't show?

If the leopard print doesn't show when the jacket is wet, send it back within 30 days and we give you a full refund.

What we need

The jacket is clean and not damaged.
It's fine to try it on and test it with water.
Please keep the tags on if you can.

How to return

Go to our Contact page and send us your order number.
We reply with your free return label.
Drop the parcel off and keep your receipt.

Your refund

We refund you to the same payment method within 14 days of getting your return back. We email you when it's done.

Faulty item?

If your jacket arrives faulty or damaged, tell us within 30 days. We replace it or refund you, and you pay nothing. This does not affect your legal rights.
